The first step to getting your Debt/Equity financed is to email us to us with the required submission docs. Once we’ve done a preliminary review, we will set up a phone call to go over your information and discuss your options. Below are the items we will need with your application submission.

- Last 2 years’ business tax returns
- Last 2 months’ bank statements showing proof of funds
- Business Articles of Inc. / Operating Agreement
- EIN Letter
- YTD P&L / Balance Sheet
- Full Tri-merge credit report
- Copy of driver’s license
- Personal Financial Statement of Sponsor Entity
- Schedule of Real Estate Owned of Sponsor Entity
- Rent Roll (if applicable)
