Please submit the following documents and information:
A credit report from MyFICO.com showing scores from all three major bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax)
(Minimum score of 720+ required on each bureau)
Personal tax returns for the last two years (Showing $75K or more in Annual gross income)
If married and your spouse is applying as well, they must also submit their MyFICO.com credit report
